StreamGlean, operated by KoKi Studios LLC, offers a subscription-based service with a 7-day free trial. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations.
Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all StreamGlean features. During this trial period:
- You can explore all features of StreamGlean at no cost
- You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged
- If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial, and your payment method will be charged
The free trial is your opportunity to evaluate StreamGlean risk-free. We encourage you to make use of this period to ensure the Service meets your needs.
Paid Subscriptions
Once your paid subscription begins (after the trial period ends or if you subscribe without a trial):
- All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to StreamGlean until your subscription expires
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your StreamGlean account and navigate to Billing settings
- Click "Manage Subscription" to access the Polar customer portal
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to StreamGlean until your current billing period ends
- No future charges will be made to your payment method
Exceptional Circumstances
While we generally do not offer refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact us at customer-support@kokistudios.com.
Examples of exceptional circumstances may include:
- Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service
- Duplicate charges due to system errors
- Unauthorized charges (please also contact your payment provider)
Polar as Merchant of Record
Polar is our Merchant of Record for all payments. This means Polar handles all billing, invoicing, and payment-related customer service. Polar's buyer terms may also apply to your purchase. For billing inquiries, you may also contact Polar directly through their customer portal.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes will not apply retroactively to any charges made before the update.
